Private Yoga Instruction
Private yoga instruction is an excellent opportunity to learn about yoga in a safe, supportive, comfortable environment. These sessions allow us to work together to craft a practice personalized to your individual needs, strengths, limitations and goals. If you are just starting yoga or if you've been practicing for years and are looking to deepen your practice, private or semi-private classes in your home or my studio are a wonderful way to bring healing, strength and flexibility to your body, mind and spirit.
After a consultation to learn more about your personal health needs and goals, I will create a plan for developing your personal yoga practice. During each session you will receive in-depth instruction and assistance with pranayama (breath work), asana (yoga postures), meditation and relaxation techniques. With a focus on compassionate self-awareness and safe, healthy alignment, the practice will honor the natural wisdom and innate intelligence of your body.
Private and Semi-Private Instruction:
1 participant, 1 or 1 and 1/2 hour session: pricing upon request.
Practicing with a small group of friends, family or co-workers is a wonderful opportunity to benefit from more personalized attention than is available in a larger group class while surrounded by people with whom you are comfortable.
